Safety Guidelines

At Queen City Beauty Studio our focus is to provide exceptional makeup, waxing and skincare services.  Additionally we are committed to maintaining and protecting the health and safety of our guest. To do this, we have implemented safety measures based on the guidance of the NC Board of Cosmetic Art and NCDHHS.

  • All guest must complete a Health Inventory form before services can be rendered. QC Beauty Studio reserves the right to deny service if the guests' health is in question.

  • Upon entry, each guest will be checked for a rise in temperature.  Any guest who displays a rise in temperature of 100.4 or greater, will immediately be denied service and must reschedule services for a later date.  If services are denied due to health concerns upon return, the client must have clearance from a doctor to reschedule.

  • Guest and staff should wear a face mask/covering.  If a guest does not have a ask/face covering one will be provided.

  • Only guest receiving services will be allowed entry.  There will be a max. of 2 guest allowed in the waiting area.  All guests are advised to sit 6 feet apart while waiting to receive services.

  • Upon entry, ALL guest must thoroughly sanitize their hands.

  • For the safety and cleanliness of our guest, all testers, magazines, brochures and literature have been removed from the spa.

  • Touchless soap dispensers have been added to the sink areas of the bathroom.

  • Complimentary coffee and tea service has been temporarily suspended until further notice.  However, bottled water and mini swine beverages are offered by request only.

  • Additionally, it is important to arrive on time for your appointment, as time is a vital component to staying on schedule while we thoroughly sanitize before and after each guest.

We thank you for our patience and cooperation as we work diligently to ensure your safety and health.

Your loyalty and trust are greatly appreciated.
